They came to our house and showed us a handful of options (actual shades, not just watches) to get an idea of what our choices may look like in person. When it came time to install them, they used shims and took the time to make sure the blinds were level and flat inside the window casings which were slightly angled. They took the time to do the job like I would do it which I appreciated. They were clean, fast, and reasonably priced.”

“We had a modest (in size) repair of an 11 year-old patterned wool wall-to-wall carpet. Everyone else we called would not, or could not, do it claiming it was too small or to difficult to repair (about 10 inches x 4 inches).
